What do we need to review your case?
Make, model, and year of your current or intended vehicle.
User type and mobility level.
Whether the person can move on their own or needs assistance.
Wheelchair type: manual folding, manual non-folding, or electric/scooter.
Photos or video of the vehicle's interior and exterior once a specific model has been selected.
How we assess compatibility
The review takes into account side access, interior space, height, structure, cargo area, and the type of solution desired. In some cases, it is possible to make a decision before purchasing the vehicle; in others, final confirmation requires inspecting the specific unit.
Models and compatibility
We work with a wide variety of SUVs, vans, minivans, pickup trucks, and some sedans sold in Mexico. The inclusion of a model in commercial listings or compatibility records does not replace technical validation of the vehicle. If your vehicle isn’t listed among the common examples, we can still review your case.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to already own the vehicle to request information?
Not necessarily. We can guide you before your purchase to help you determine which type of unit and range of adjustment would be best for you.
What if my vehicle isn't compatible?
If the initial solution isn't compatible, we can recommend an alternative, suggest a different type of conversion, or tell you what features a compatible unit should have.
Can you also help me figure out which product I need if I'm not sure yet?
Yes. The compatibility page is also useful for situations where users need technical and sales guidance before deciding on a solution.
